1. ATZTRADE products and/or services
refer to the ATZTRADE services (product browsing, shopping cart, payment processing, order management, user account management, etc.) provided to users by ATZTRADE, the operator of the ATZTRADE APP (hereinafter referred to as the "Software"), hereinafter referred to as the "Service".
2. ATZ Trading, Inc.,
the operator of the ATZTRADE APP, is a company focusing on fresh food e-commerce and providing high-quality fresh products and services to consumers. If you want to know more about our company and platform, Please contact us through the contact information provided in Article 10 of this Policy.
3. User
refers to the user who registers, logs in and uses the products and/or services of ATZTRADE application, and is more frequently referred to as "you" in this policy.
4. Affiliates
refer to any party that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with ATZTRADE. “Control” and “controlled by” here refer to the right to direct the management policies of a party through voting rights, contract or other means.
5. Account
refers to the user account you enjoy after completing the registration on ATZTRADE Application with real information. You are responsible for keeping this user account; you shall be legally responsible for all actions conducted under your account.
6. Personal information:
Person information refers to any information recorded electronically or otherwise that can identify a natural person alone or in combination with other information, including but not limited to the natural person's name, date of birth, ID number, personal biometric information, address, and telephone number. For the avoidance of doubt, personal information includes but is not limited to sensitive personal information.
7. Personal sensitive information:
Personal sensitive information refers to personal information that, once leaked, illegally provided or abused, may endanger personal and property safety, easily lead to damage to personal reputation, physical and mental health, or discriminatory treatment. Personal sensitive information includes but is not limited to identity document number, personal biometric information, bank account number, communication content, and health and physiological information.
8. Personal Information Subject :
The Personal Information Subject refers to the natural person identified by the Personal Information.
9. De-identification:
De-identification refers to the process of technically processing personal information to make that subject of personal information can’t be identified without the aid of additional information way.
10. Anonymization:
Anonymization refers to the process of making the subject of personal information unidentifiable through technical processing of personal information and the processed information can’t be restored.
11. Device
Device means a device that can be used to access the ATZTRADE Application devices, such as a desktop computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone.
12. Universally Unique Identifier :
Identifier A unique device identifier (UUID) is a string of characters programmed into a device by its manufacturer that can be used to uniquely identify the device (IMEI number for mobile devices). Universally Unique Identifier have a variety of uses, including for advertising when cookies can’t be used.
13. IP Address
IP Address Every device that accesses the Internet is assigned a number, called an Internet Protocol (IP) address. These numbers are usually assigned based on geographic location. An IP address can usually be used to identify the location of a device when it is connected to the Internet.
14. SSL
SSL (Secure Socket Layer) is also known as the secure socket layer. It is a security protocol implemented on the transmission communication protocol (TCP/IP). SSL supports various types of networks and provides three basic security services, all of which use public key and symmetric key technology to achieve information confidentiality.
15. Information Collection Technology :
The "automatic collection" described in this Policy by ATZTRADE includes the following methods:
（1）Cookie
A cookie is a small text file that the website server places on the client (your computer, mobile phone or other smart terminal) when you browse the website. It can be used to improve your user experience.
（2）Log files
Log files store certain data collected automatically, including Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data.
（3）ET Tag (Entity Tag)
ET Tag is an HTTP protocol title transmitted behind the scenes between the Internet browser and the Internet server. It can replace Cookie and be used to track individual users, allowing us to better understanding and improve our services.
（4）JavaScript
JavaScript is a programming language used to make more interactive and dynamic web pages.JavaScript can set cookies, read cookies, and delete cookies.
ATZTRADE will follow the principles of legality, legitimacy and necessity to collect and use your personal information for the purposes described below:
1. Personal information you actively provide in the process of providing you with products and/or services
To achieve our basic business functions, you need to provide us with your personal information. If you refuse to provide it, we will not be able to provide you with the corresponding services. Please note: If you provide personal information that is not your own, please ensure that you have obtained the consent of the relevant subject.
（1）To facilitate your registration of a "ATZTRADE Application Account", you need to provide us with your nickname, profile picture, mobile phone number, and enter the SMS verification code to verify your identity.
（2）In order to provide you with shopping and delivery services, we need you to provide the name, mobile phone number, and address information of the recipient so that we can deliver fresh products to you. If you refuse to provide them, we will not be able to provide you with delivery services, but it will not affect your use of other functions of ATZTRADE Application.
2. The information obtained from your use of the software and services of ATZTRADE Application
is in compliance with laws and regulations. In order to protect the security of your account and provide you with better services, we will collect and use the following information generated during your use of the products or services of ATZTRADE Application:
2.1Device Information:
In order to ensure the safe operation, quality and efficiency of the software and services, we will receive and record information about the device you use based on the specific permissions you grant during software installation and use, including your hardware model, operating system version number, device identifier (Android such as IMEI, Android ID, OAID, IMSI, ICCID, GAID, MEID, iOS such as IDFV, IDFA; different identifiers vary in validity period, whether they can be reset by the user and how they are obtained), network device hardware address (MAC address), hardware serial number, IP address, WLAN access point (such as SSID, BSSID), Bluetooth, base station, software version number, network access method, type, status, network quality data, operation, usage, service logs, sensor information and other data.
2.2Log Information :
When you use our products or ATZTRADE Application services, we will automatically collect your detailed usage information and save it as a network log, including the startup and exit records of the App, operating system information, and login IP information, so that we can count the usage of our products or services, optimize our products or services, and provide you with a better service experience.
2.3Browsing History :
When you use our products or ATZTRADE Application services, we will collect your relevant browsing information, including browsing history and click history. We collect this information to improve the relevant functions of our products or services and provide you with a better service experience.
2.4Location Information :
When you use location-based services provided by "ATZTRADE Application" (delivery address selection, nearby store recommendations), we will use various information for locating after obtaining your consent, eliminating the trouble of manually entering your geographic coordinates to obtain related services. This information includes IP addresses, GPS signals, and other sensor information that can provide relevant location information (such as information about nearby devices, WLAN access points, and base stations). The purpose of collecting location information is to provide you with accurate delivery services and recommend nearby stores.
We will collect the location information of the mobile phone with your permission for delivery and store recommendation services. You can stop providing your geographic location information to the software and related services by turning off the locating function. We understand that most mobile devices allow you to turn off the locating service. Please contact the service provider or manufacturer of your mobile device for specific suggestions.
2.5Order Information:
We will collect and store your order information including products purchased, quantity, price, delivery address, and payment information to provide you with shopping services, order tracking, and after-sales support. This information is necessary for processing and fulfilling your orders.
2.6Payment Information:
When you make purchases, we will collect payment-related information through secure third-party payment processors (such as Stripe) to process your transactions. We do not store your complete payment card information on our servers.
2.7Product Reviews and Ratings:
When you leave reviews or ratings for products, we will collect this information to help other users make informed purchasing decisions and to improve our product offerings.
2.11Information and data about the use of software and related services
In order to ensure the security of the services and help us better understand the operation of the software and related services, we may record information and data about your use of the software and related services, such as the frequency of your use of the software and related services, crash data, overall usage, performance data, etc.
2.12List of installed applications :
When you use our services, if you want to share content to a third-party app, we need to determine whether the third-party app is installed, so we will read the list of installed applications to provide you with the correct sharing function.
2.8Push Notifications:
When you use our services, you will receive notifications about order status, promotions, and other important information through Firebase Cloud Messaging. In order to ensure that notifications can be delivered to you in a timely manner, we need to use push notification services. You can manage notification settings in your device settings or within the app.

These cookies and similar technologies may collect non-personally identifiable information related to you for the purpose of analyzing how users use such services, sending you advertisements that may be of interest to you, or evaluating the effectiveness of advertising services. The collection and use of such information by these third-party cookies and similar technologies is not subject to this policy, but to the privacy policies of the relevant users. We are not responsible for cookies and similar technologies of third parties.
You can reject or manage cookies and similar technologies through browser settings. However, please note that if you disable cookies or similar technologies, you may not be able to enjoy the best service experience and some services may not work properly.
1.Entrusted Processing:
In order to provide you with more complete and higher-quality products and services, we may entrust partners to process some of your personal information. We will sign a strict confidentiality agreement with the companies, organizations and individuals we entrust to process your personal information, clarifying the data processing matters, processing period, processing nature, processing purpose and responsibilities of both parties, and require partners to process your personal information only in accordance with our requirements, the provisions of this policy and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures. If you refuse our suppliers to collect personal information necessary for providing services when providing services, you may not be able to enjoy the services provided by the supplier during the use of ATZTRADE products or services.
2.Sharing :
We will not share your personal information with companies, organizations, or individuals other than the service providers of this product, except in the following circumstances:
（1）Sharing with explicit consent: We will share your personal information with other parties after obtaining your explicit consent.
（2）Sharing under legal circumstances: We may share your personal information with external parties in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations, the needs of litigation dispute resolution, or the requirements of administrative or judicial authorities in accordance with the law.
（3）Sharing with affiliated companies: Your information may be shared among affiliated companies of ATZTRADE Application in order to connect with our other products or services, provide you with better services, or protect the personal and property safety of ATZTRADE Technology’s affiliated companies or other users or the public from infringement. We will only share your personal information among ATZTRADE Technology’s affiliated companies for specific, clear and legal purposes and within the scope of this policy, and will only share information necessary to provide services. For example: In order to avoid duplicate registration when registering a ATZTRADE application account, we need to perform a global uniqueness check on the account to be registered; however, for information shared with affiliated companies, we will require affiliated companies to take protection measures for your information that are no less stringent than those stated in this policy, and strictly comply with relevant laws, regulations and regulatory requirements. If an affiliated company wants to change the purpose of processing personal information, it will need to seek your authorization and consent again.
（4）In the delivery and customer service, we will work with logistics partners to provide you with delivery services. We may provide them with the consignee's name, address, and mobile phone number. If you do not provide such information, the delivery service will not be completed.
（5）Third-party SDK
Some functions in ATZTRADE Application are provided by our cooperating third-party organizations (hereinafter referred to as "SDK technical service providers") in the form of SDK plug-ins. The SDK technical service providers will obtain the corresponding permissions and information based on the necessity of providing functions or services to you. Please read our SDK list below in detail to understand the names of our specific integrated SDKs, SDK technical service providers, SDK application scenarios (SDK types), and the types of permissions and personal information obtained by the SDK. We have conducted security monitoring on the SDKs integrated in this software to ensure that these SDKs only use the basic permissions required to implement their functions or services. When you click to agree to this policy, you also authorize and agree that the SDK technical service provider obtains and processes your permissions and information in accordance with the following form.

3. Transfer:
We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization or individual, except in the following circumstances:
（1）Transfer with explicit consent;
（2）Transfer when necessary in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, legal procedures, mandatory administrative or judicial requirements;
（3） In the event of a merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy liquidation of the service provider of this product, or other circumstances involving a merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy liquidation, if personal information is transferred, we will require the new company or organization that holds your personal information to continue to be bound by this Policy. Otherwise, we will require the company, organization, or individual to re-solicit your authorization and consent.
4. Public Disclosure :
We will only disclose your personal information publicly in the following circumstances:
（1）With your explicit consent or based on your active choice, we may disclose your personal information publicly;
（2）We may disclose your personal information publicly when required by law, legal process, litigation or government authorities.
（3） If we determine that you have violated laws and regulations or seriously violated the relevant agreement rules of this product, or in order to protect the personal and property safety of users of this product and its affiliates or the public from infringement, we may disclose your personal information, including relevant violations and measures that this product has taken against you, with your consent in accordance with laws and regulations or the relevant agreement rules of this product.
5. Exceptions to obtaining prior authorization and consent when sharing, transferring, and publicly disclosing personal information In the following circumstances, sharing, transferring, and publicly disclosing your personal information does not require your prior authorization and consent.
（1）Related to our performance of obligations prescribed by laws and regulations;
（2）Those directly related to national security or national defense security;
（3）Directly related to public safety, public health, or major public interests;
（4）Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgment;
（5）For the purpose of protecting your or other individuals’ life, property and other major legal rights and interests, but it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual;
（6）Personal information that you disclose to the public on your own initiative;
（7）Personal information is collected from information that is lawfully disclosed to the public, such as legitimate news reports, government information disclosure, and other channels.
Please be aware that according to legal provisions, sharing and transferring de-identified personal information, while ensuring that the data recipient can't restore and re-identify the subject of the personal information, doesn't constitute external sharing, transfer or public disclosure of personal information, and the storage and processing of such data will not require additional notification to you and your consent.
1. We attach great importance to the privacy and personal information protection of users, and will take reasonable measures to protect users' personal information. Except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations or agreed upon in this policy, we will not disclose or disclose users' personal information to third parties without the user's permission, and will use professional encryption to store and transmit relevant information to ensure the security of users' personal information.
（1）ATZTRADE Application will use various security technologies and procedures to establish a complete management system to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.
（2）According to relevant laws and regulations, we don't need to obtain your authorization or consent to collect your personal information in the following circumstances:
• related to our performance of obligations required by laws and regulations;
• related to national security and national defense security;
• Directly related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;
• Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and enforcement of judgment;
• To protect the life, property and other major legitimate rights and interests of the personal information subject or other individuals, but it is difficult to obtain your consent;
• The personal information involved is disclosed to the public by you;
• Collecting personal information from legally disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure and other channels;
• Necessary to enter into and perform a contract at your request;
• Necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of the products or services provided, such as discovering and handling product or service failures;
• Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.
2. You understand and agree that, without disclosing the privacy information of individual users, ATZTRADE has the right to conduct technical analysis of the entire user database, and only the user data that has been anonymized after analysis and organization can be used commercially.
3. Data security measures
（1）ATZTRADE will adopt security protection measures that meet industry standards, including establishing reasonable system specifications and security technologies to prevent your personal information from being accessed, used or modified without authorization, and to avoid data damage or loss. For example, ATZTRADE's network services use encryption technologies such as the Transport Layer Security Protocol, and provide browsing services through https and other methods to ensure the security of user data during transmission; we use encryption technologies (TLS, SSL), anonymization processing and protection mechanisms to encrypt and store user personal information, and isolate it through isolation technology; we manage and regulate the storage and use of personal information by establishing a data classification and grading system, data security management specifications, and data security development specifications; we use information contact confidentiality agreements and other methods to allow only employees and partners of ATZTRADE and ATZTRADE's affiliates who need to know this information to access personal information, and have set up strict access control and monitoring mechanisms for this purpose, and at the same time require all personnel who have access to your personal information to fulfill the corresponding confidentiality obligations. If you fail to fulfill these obligations, you will be held legally liable or your cooperation with ATZTRADE will be terminated; we will hold security and privacy protection training courses to enhance employees' awareness of the importance of protecting personal information.
（2）We will take all reasonable and feasible measures to ensure that no irrelevant personal information is collected. We will only retain your personal information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this policy, unless the retention period needs to be extended or is permitted by law.
（3）The Internet is not an absolutely secure environment, and emails, instant messaging, and communication with other users are not encrypted. We strongly recommend that you don't send personal information through these ways. Please use a complex password to help us ensure the security of your account.
（4）The Internet environment is not 100% secure. ATZTRADE will try its best to ensure or guarantee the security of any information you send to ATZTRADE. If ATZTRADE's physical, technical, or management protection facilities are damaged, resulting in unauthorized access, public disclosure, tampering, or destruction of information, which in turn damages your legal rights and interests, we will bear the corresponding legal liability.
（5）In the unfortunate event of a personal information security incident, ATZTRADE will promptly inform you of the following in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations: the basic situation and impact of the security incident, the disposal measures that ATZTRADE has taken or will take, suggestions for you to prevent and reduce risks on your own, and remedial measures for you, etc. ATZTRADE will promptly inform you of the relevant situation of the incident by email, SMS, phone, push notification, etc. When it is difficult to inform the subject of personal information one by one, we will take reasonable and effective measures to issue an announcement. At the same time, ATZTRADE will also proactively report the disposal of personal information security incidents in accordance with the requirements of the regulatory authorities.
1. How we store information
（1）Location of information storage
ATZTRADE Application abides by the provisions of laws and regulations, and the information and materials collected about you will be stored on ATZTRADE's servers in mainland China, except for the following circumstances:
• There are clear provisions in laws and regulations;
• obtain your explicit authorization;
• Your personal active actions such as conducting cross-border transactions over the Internet.
（2）Duration of storage of information
Generally speaking, ATZTRADE Application will only retain your personal information for the shortest period necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this Policy. Personal information used to identify you and reflect related activities will be retained until the user cancels his account, unless the law requires or permits the retention of such information for a longer period. However, in the following cases, ATZTRADE Application will change the storage period of personal information in order to comply with legal requirements:
• To comply with applicable laws, regulations and other relevant provisions;
• To comply with a court judgment, ruling or other legal process;
• To comply with the requirements of relevant government agencies or legally authorized organizations;
• ATZTRADE Application has reason to believe that it needs to comply with laws, regulations and other relevant provisions;
• Purposes that are reasonably necessary to implement relevant service agreements or this policy, safeguard the public interest, and protect the personal and property safety or other legitimate rights and interests of ATZTRADE Application's customers, ATZTRADE's other users or employees.
After you terminate the use of ATZTRADE Application , ATZTRADE Application will stop collecting and using your information, unless otherwise required by laws, regulations or regulatory authorities.
When the relevant services of ATZTRADE cease to operate, ATZTRADE will notify you through push notifications and announcements, and delete your personal information retained in the server within a reasonable period of time or anonymize it.
In accordance with relevant Chinese laws, regulations, and standards, as well as common practices in other countries and regions, we guarantee that you can exercise the following rights over your personal information. You can refer to the following steps to perform relevant operations:
1. You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information, except for exceptions provided by laws and regulations. You can manage your information in the following ways:
（1）To access/modify your account information, you can follow the steps below to access/modify your login password:
Click "Settings" in the bottom setting -> Click "APP Settings" -> Click "Change Password"
（2）Access/delete your order history. You can access or clear your order history by following the steps below:
Click on "My Orders" -> Select the order you want to view or manage
2. Change the scope of your authorization or withdraw your authorization
Uninstalling the APP means that you withdraw your authorization. Please understand that after you perform the above operations, we will no longer be able to provide you with the services corresponding to the withdrawal of consent or authorization, but it will not affect the processing of personal information previously carried out based on your authorization.
3. Deregister your account
You have the right to cancel your ATZTRADE Application Account. You can click "Settings" in the bottom setting -> click "APP Settings" -> click "Cancel Account" -> click "I understand the risks clearly, confirm cancellation" to apply for account cancellation. Account cancellation is irreversible. Once you cancel your account, we will stop providing you with related services and delete all information about your account according to your request, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.
4. Respond to your above requests
ATZTRADE Application will take appropriate technical measures to ensure that you can query, supplement, correct or delete your personal information, or apply to ATZTRADE to supplement, correct or delete relevant information through the feedback or complaint channels published by ATZTRADE products or services; ATZTRADE will process your application according to the process after receiving it. To ensure security, according to the process, ATZTRADE Application may first ask you to verify your identity. We need you to provide your account (mobile phone number) and SMS verification code, and then process your request after successful verification. ATZTRADE will respond within 15 working days. If you are not satisfied with our response, especially if you believe that our personal information processing behavior has damaged your legal rights and interests, and we are unable to provide you with a satisfactory response and refuse to make improvements after you give us feedback, you can file a complaint and report to the relevant regulatory authorities.
Please note that we will not be able to respond to your request in the following circumstances:
（1）Related to our performance of obligations prescribed by laws and regulations;
（2）Those directly related to national security or national defense security;
（3）Directly related to public safety, public health, or major public interests;
（4）Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgment;
（5）We have sufficient evidence to show that you have subjective malice or abuse of rights;
（6）For the major legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals, such as life or property, but it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual;
（7）responding to your request will cause serious damage to the legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals or organizations;
（8）Involving trade secrets.
ATZTRADE attaches great importance to the protection of minors' personal information. We will collect, use or disclose the personal information of children or minors when permitted by laws and regulations, with the explicit consent of the guardian or when necessary to protect their rights and interests. We will protect children's personal information with the assistance and supervision of the children and their guardians:
（1）For data that can be identified as children’s personal information, we will collect, use or disclose the personal information of children or minors in strict accordance with the requirements of the 《Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Protection of Minors》,《the Regulations on the Protection of Children’s Personal Information Online 》and other laws and regulations.
（2）If you are a minor, you should obtain the consent of your guardian in advance before using the relevant services and read this policy under the supervision and guidance of your guardian.
（3）You may need to fill in some necessary information when registering an ATZTRADE application account or using the service.
